Rates & Reservations

Simply complete the Annual Bike Rally Reservation Request Form, below, and a Live Oak representative will respond within one business day. If you are paying by cash or check, please call us directly at 936-878-2216.

Annual Bike Rally Rates

Complete Package:

Early Registration: $50.00 per person for all days (September 17-20). $60.00 per person after August 17. Includes Rally Entrance fee, buffet on Saturday afternoon the 20th, Live Oak Resort daily membership fees and entry to all September Bike Rally activities.

Daily Fee:

Early Registration: $50.00 per person. $60.00 per person after August 17th. Includes Rally Entrance fee, buffet dinner on the 19th, Live Oak Resort daily membership fees and entry to all September Bike Rally activities.

Pre & Post Day Visits:

$25 per person per day for daily membership fee.

If you arrive after 6:00 PM on September 17th (Thursday) and depart before 6:00 September 20 (Sunday), it will be considered part of the Bike Rally package.

Accommodations:

Extra. See registration form, below for rates.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for (cabins and/or RV Sites). If you do not cancel within 48-hours you will be charged the full amount for all days reserved. If the reservation is during a Special Event, you will also be charged a Special Event fee.

No refunds on accommodations after June 30.

3 Night Minimum Stay (tent space has no minimum stay)

Accommodation Preference:

If you select a "waitlist only" option, you will be notified if and when it becomes available. Regardless of availability, you still obligated to pay Rally Registration Fee.

Hotel / Motel Accommodations*:

There are two local motels, Best Western and Super 8 of Navasota. Rooms filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Room types and smoking preferences are limited. Live Oak prefers credit card payment. If paying by check or money order, payment must be received within 5 business days of reservation confirmation. Please select "check" under "Card Type", and place bank routing number in "Card Number" field. In "Expiration Field" please use "January 2010".

Resort and Accommodation Reservation and Cancellation
Policy:

We understand all activities are legal and adult. We will keep all information confidential. We are not acting as a part or on behalf of any media or governmental organization and will not disclose anything outside the Bike Rally. We are acting as adults for personal interest only. Reservations will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You will be given the name of your accommodation upon receipt of your paid reservation. For security purposes, please keep this information confidential. Discretion is of the utmost importance to all of us.

NO Refunds for any package. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy on all accommodations.

REFUNDS FOR THE SEPTEMBER BIKE RALLY, ON-PREMISE ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY AND/OR DO NOT SHOW.

a) I have read and accept the September Bike Rally Resort and Accommodation Reservation and Cancellation Policy. I understand I will be charged according to this Policy.

b) I accept full financial responsibility for my September Bike Rally resort and accommodation fees, and any and all incidentals and other expenses incurred by me.

c) Should I use a credit card to pay any expenses for or at September Bike Rally, including but not limited to Bike Rally fees, membership fees, on- or off-premise accommodations made through Live Oak Resort, Live Oak General Store items or meals, this is my electronic authorization for Live Oak Resort to bill my credit card accordingly.

Live Oak Resort Guest Policy

Our main goal at Lifestyle-friendly Live Oak Resort is to ensure you, and all around you have a good time in a safe, non-threatening environment. To safeguard your trust, certain rules cannot be broken. Please read and understand the following Live Oak Resort Rules before making your reservation:

No means no.
No sex in public areas.
No prostitution.
No alcohol sold - by anyone to anyone. Live Oak Resort is a BYOB resort.
Alcohol must be consumed in moderation.
No illegal drugs.
No firearms or weapons of any kind.
No pets in the public areas.
No pets in our accommodations.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent eviction with no refund.

I have read the Live Oak Resort Guest Policy, understand and will abide by the Live Oak Resort Rules while on Live Oak Resort's property.
