We look forward to having you experience Hedonism at Live Oak Resort. If you've never been to Hedonism III in Jamaica, what better way to test the waters than at our annual tradition - Live Oak Resort's Hedo-Fest!

Live Oak Resort's annual Hedo-Fest was established to:

Create a hedo-event in Texas for hedonism lovers to be wicked for a weekend without having to spend any airfare,

Introduce the "virgin" hedonism couples to SuperClubs' Hedonism III Resort, and to partake in the same activities you'd find at Hedo III,

Continue the Live Oak tradition of rewarding ourselves for all the times we've had to deny our basic instincts.

Simply complete the Hedo-Fest Reservation Request Form, below, and a Live Oak representative will respond within one business day. Should you desire faster service, or are paying by cash or check, please call us directly at 936-878-2216.

Hedo-Fest Special Event Rates

The only rate we've added to the "standard" Live Oak Resort fees is a one-time Special Event Fee of $75/couple or single. Easy as that! So reserve now, before it's all sold out!!!

Guest Fees

Advance Reservations for Event must be made with a credit card.
Pre-registration charges will only cover the Special Event fee, which is non-refundable. All other fees will be paid during your stay at Live Oak Resort. (See cancellation policy at bottom of form.)

One-time Special Event Fee:

Event Fee covers access to theme dances and all Hedo-Fest activities from April 29 - May 2, 2010. This fee must accompany pre-registration. The Special Event Fee is 100% non-refundable.

Gold and Non-Gold Members:
- Couples and Singles $75

Daily Fee:

Gold Members - no daily fee
Non-Gold Members - $25 per day

Food Service:

Food service will be served at the Pavillion or Bare Delites, and are charged to their bill when meal is ordered:

Accommodations Extra:

Cabins, motor coach / RV sites on-premises - 3 night minimum stay (see registration form, below).

Hotel rooms blocked in Navasota at Best Western (936-870-4100) and Super 8 (936-825-7775). All reservations must be made directly with hotel. Please advise us of your hotel confirmation number for security purposes.

CANCELLATIONS (for accommodations at Live Oak):

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for (cabins and/or RV Sites). If you do not cancel at least 48-hours prior to your stay, you will be charged the full amount for all days reserved. This includes the Special Event Fee.

Vendor / Promoter Fees

Advance Reservations for Vendor / Promoter space must be made with a credit card.

In addition to the Guest Fees (above), vendors and promoters pay the following:

$100 one-time fee for entire event

Vendor / Promoter fee includes:

Central display position to sell your merchandise to a captive audience
EZ-Up tent (if needed - advise when reserving)
8' table (if needed - advise when reserving)
2 chairs (if needed - advise when reserving)
Website exposure (send banner ad here)
Bag inserts (please supply prior to April 29, 2010)

Policy:

LIVE OAK RESORT - HEDO-FEST RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand all activities are legal and adult. We will keep all information confidential. We are not acting as a part or on behalf of any media or governmental organization and will not disclose anything outside the HEDO-FEST.

We are acting as adults for personal interest only. Reservations will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You will be given the name and location of your accommodation upon receipt of your paid credit card reservation. For security purposes, please keep this information confidential. Discretion is of the utmost importance to all of us.

Accommodations reserved through Live Oak Resort on your behalf will be billed to you by Live Oak Resort. You will be responsible for any fees or incidentals not paid here and will be issued a receipt by Live Oak Resort or participating vendor for those incidental expenses.

Refunds given ONLY with written notice. Live Oak Resort is not responsible for late receipt due to delays in mail delivery. Written notices may be mailed to: HEDO-FEST, Live Oak Resort, 9751 Lone Star Rd., Washington, TX 77880 or Fax 936-878-2788. ONE-TIME SPECIAL EVENT FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. REFUNDS FOR SERVICES, ACCOMMODATIONS AND/OR INCIDENTALS WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED IF YOU CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IF YOU DO NOT SHOW.

Electronic Signatures (your reservation will only be processed if you select "Yes" to the following 3 statements):

a) I have read and accept the Hedo-Fest Resort and Accommodation Reservation and Cancellation Policy. I understand I will be charged according to this Policy.

b) I accept full financial responsibility for my Hedo-Fest resort and accommodation fees, and any and all incidentals and other expenses incurred by me.

Live Oak Resort Guest Policy

Our main goal at Lifestyle-friendly Live Oak Resort is to ensure you, and all around you have a good time in a safe, non-threatening environment. To safeguard your trust, certain rules cannot be broken. Please read and understand the following Live Oak Resort Rules before making your reservation:

No means no.
No sex in public areas.
No prostitution.
No alcohol sold - by anyone to anyone. Live Oak Resort is a BYOB resort.
Alcohol must be consumed in moderation.
No illegal drugs.
No firearms or weapons of any kind.
No pets in the public areas.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent eviction with no refund.

I have read the Live Oak Resort Guest Policy, understand and will abide by the Live Oak Resort Rules while on Live Oak Resort's property.
