We look forward to having you experience Hedonism at Live Oak Resort. If you've never been to Hedonism in Jamaica, what better way to test the waters than at Live Oak Resort's Hedo-Fest '05!

Live Oak Resort's annual Hedo-Fest was established to:

Create a hedo-event in Texas for hedonism lovers to be wicked for a weekend without having to spend any airfare,

Introduce the "virgin" hedonism couples to SuperClubs' Hedonism III Resort, and to partake in the same activities you'd find at Hedo III,

Continue the Live Oak tradition of rewarding ourselves for all the times we've had to deny our basic instincts.

Simply complete the Hedo-Fest '04 Reservation Request Form, below, and a Live Oak representative will respond within one business day. Should you desire faster service, or are paying by cash or check, please call us directly at 936-878-2216.

Hedo-Fest '05 Rates

Complete Package:

Early Registration: $350.00 per couple + tax for all four days. $400.00 per couple + tax after March 31. Includes 2 buffet breakfasts, 1 continental breakfast, 2 buffet dinners, Live Oak Resort daily membership fees and entry to all Hedo-Fest '05 activities. Package valid from 12:01am May 5 through 11:59pm May 8.

Daily Fee:

$200.00 per couple + tax per day. No discounts for early registration. Includes 1 buffet breakfast, 1 buffet dinner, 1 Theme Dance and entry to all HEDO-FEST activities for that day. Daily Fee valid for 24 hours from time of check-in. Stays longer than 24 hours are billed an additional Daily Fee rate.

Live Oak Resort Gold Members:

$150.00 per couple + tax for all four days. Includes 2 buffet breakfasts, 1 continental breakfast, 2 buffet dinners, 3 Theme Dances and entry to all HEDO-FEST activities.

Singles:

$300.00 per person + tax for all four days. No discounts for early registration. Includes 2 buffet breakfasts, 1 continental breakfast, 2 buffet dinners, 3 Theme Dances and entry to all HEDO-FEST activities.

Pre & Post Day Visits:

$40 per couple per day for daily membership fee.

Accommodations Extra:

Cabins, motor coach / RV sites and tent areas on-premises. Hotel rooms blocked in Navasota at Best Western (936-870-4100) and Super 8 (936-825-7775). All reservations must be made directly with hotel. Please advise us of your hotel confirmation number for security purposes.

Golf Carts!!!

Yes, we have golf carts (or Live Oak Lorries) for rent! Zip around our resort with ease using one of our carts. Full Hedo-Fest rental (May 5-8) for only $200. Better hurry - we have a limited quantity available, and reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Resort and Accommodation Reservation and Cancellation
Policy:

LIVE OAK RESORT - HEDO-FEST RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand all activities are legal and adult. We will keep all information confidential. We are not acting as a part or on behalf of any media or governmental organization and will not disclose anything outside the HEDO-FEST.

We are acting as adults for personal interest only. Reservations will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You will be given the name and location of your accommodation upon receipt of your paid reservation. For security purposes, please keep this information confidential. Discretion is of the utmost importance to all of us.

Accommodations reserved through Live Oak Resort on your behalf will be billed to you by Live Oak Resort. You will be responsible for any fees or incidentals not in the package and will be issued a receipt by Live Oak Resort or participating vendor for those incidental expenses.

Refunds for any package and/or accommodation, minus 10% handling fee, will be given if written notice is RECEIVED by Live Oak Resort no later than March 31, 2005. Absolutely NO REFUNDS after March 31, 2005. Refunds given ONLY with written notice. Live Oak Resort is not responsible for late receipt due to delays in mail delivery. Written notices may be mailed to: HEDO-FEST, Live Oak Resort, 9751 Lone Star Rd., Washington, TX 77880 or Fax 936-878-2788. REFUNDS FOR HEDO-FEST, ON-PREMISE ACCOMMODATIONS AND/OR INCEDENTALS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY AND/OR DO NOT SHOW.

Electronic Signatures (your reservation will only be processed if you select "Yes" to the following 3 statements):

a) I have read and accept the Hedo-Fest '05 Resort and Accommodation Reservation and Cancellation Policy. I understand I will be charged according to this Policy.

b) I accept full financial responsibility for my Hedo-Fest '05 resort and accommodation fees, and any and all incidentals and other expenses incurred by me.

c) Should I use a credit card to pay any expenses for or at Hedo-Fest '05, including but not limited to Hedo-Fest fees, membership fees, on-premise accommodations, Live Oak General Store items or meals, this is my electronic authorization for Live Oak Resort to bill my credit card accordingly.

Live Oak Resort Guest Policy

Our main goal at Lifestyle-friendly Live Oak Resort is to ensure you, and all around you have a good time in a safe, non-threatening environment. To safeguard your trust, certain rules cannot be broken. Please read and understand the following Live Oak Resort Rules before making your reservation:

No means no.
No sex in public areas.
No prostitution.
No alcohol sold - by anyone to anyone. Live Oak Resort is a BYOB resort.
Alcohol must be consumed in moderation.
No illegal drugs.
No firearms or weapons of any kind.
No pets in the public areas.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent eviction with no refund.

I have read the Live Oak Resort Guest Policy, understand and will abide by the Live Oak Resort Rules while on Live Oak Resort's property.
