Is this a "Swingers" festival?

No... and yes. There will be "swingers" at Hedo_Fest, there will also be nudists, republicans, conservatives, church-goers, fetish and BDSM'ers, voyeurs, exhibitionists and much more.

What is Hedo-Fest?

A 4 day/3 night festival celebration of letting one's inhibitions run free. It is a gathering of open minded couples who are interested in learning first hand, what a trip to Hedonism III would be like, re-living previous trips to Hedo III without having to pay the airfare, and for couples exploring their sexuality.

How much is it?

The only rate we've added to the "standard" Live Oak Resort fees is a one-time Special Event Fee of $75/couple (same fee if single). So if you're a Gold member - there's no extra fee beyond the $75 (accommodations and meals, extra).  If you're not, just pay the standard daily rate, then the $75 special event fee.  So reserve now before we're sold out!!!

Who will attend?

Couples from all walks of life, age (from over 21 to over 71), profession, religion, race etc. are welcome. From the "just curious" to the most experienced couple- Hedo-Fest offers something for everyone.

What can we expect?

Activities from Thursday evening until Sunday morning.  We start off Hedo-Fest with a Jamaican Pool Party and finish with our Sunday Group Picture and Moon.  Between those, you'll be entertained by Hedonism III employees, a live band and other revelers showing their best to let their inhibitions run wild!  Experience human sundaes, sexy oil wrestling, body painting and rum cricket.  Ever have a body shot?  What about playing naked volleyball?  Many have experienced wild and sexy clubs - now add the element of ALLOWING guests to reveal it all!!!  Party around the pool, hop in the hot tub with a dozen of your closest (new) friends, or visit our vendors - buy an outfit for the Teddies and Titties Lingerie Party or have your picture taken for memories that will last a lifetime. 

What's not included in the package?

Overnight accommodations, extra meals, incidentals and vendor purchases are not included.  Live Oak Resort is a BYOB facility, so bring your favorite with you, should you desire.  Setups are available and not included.  Overnight, you can stay on-resort in our cabins, bring your RV, pitch a tent in our 25 acres, or reserve a room directly with one of our Navasota hotels.  Our Bare Delights Restaurant will be open on Thursday from 8AM to 8PM. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, all meals will be served out of the pavilion.

Do I have to participate in anything I do not wish to?

Of course not. Party all day and night, or just relax by our pool.  It's all up to you.  The universal rule is "No means No!" You are free to participate as much or as little as you wish. If you have any problems with anyone at our event, please notify someone from our staff.

How many people do you expect?

We will be disappointed if fewer than 1,000 attend.

What do we wear?

Whatever makes you happy.  Wear just your earrings, or a fur coat (though with temperatures ranging from 65-85 you'll sweat in a fur coat)!  Really - Live Oak Resort is a place where you can relax and have fun - With or Without your clothes.  As a clothing-optional resort, it's common to see all modes of dress or undress.  We will have three theme parties - Toga, Ho-Down and Lingerie.  Come prepared or buy an outfit from one of our sexy vendors!  No one is ever pressured to take their clothes off.  If you encounter a problem, please notify someone from our staff.

Can we get naked and have sex anywhere on the resort grounds?

We believe that what you do behind closed doors is your business.  Sex in the resort's public areas is not accepted. 

Rules and Guidelines to keep you at the resort.

Our main goal at Lifestyle-friendly Live Oak Resort is to ensure you, and all around you have a good time in a safe, non-threatening environment. To safeguard your trust, certain rules cannot be broken.  Respect for others is key at Live Oak Resort.  Please abide by these rules and guidelines.  We'd like you to stay through the entire event, and will enforce the following:

• No means No.
• BYOB.  Remember, if you imbibe, please drink responsibly.  Consume in moderation and don't drink and drive.
• Live Oak is a lifestyle-friendly resort.  What you do behind closed doors is your business.  Public sex is not allowed.
• No prostitution.
• No illegal drugs.
• No firearms or weapons of any kind.
• Pictures will be taken during the event by Live Oak Resort authorized photographers.  If you don't mind being in the pictures, you will be provided with a "Photos OK" wrist band.  Otherwise, private pictures will be allowed in designated "photo friendly" areas only. 
• Cell phone cameras are not allowed at Live Oak Resort.
• Pets are NOT allowed in any public areas.  If you must bring a pet, it must be kept on a leash and at your campsite at all times.
• Please shower before entering the pool or spa.
• Use your common sense. Have fun, enjoy yourselves but be responsible for your actions.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent eviction with no refund.
 

Helpful Suggestions

• Ants bite.  Though we do our best to eliminate these nasty pests, please check your area before sitting down or standing in place.
• Wear footwear to be more comfortable.
• Look for our staff or security for any assistance or questions.
