We
sure hope the time change didn’t confuse everyone, and
especially
not
Mother Nature! The warm weather has really put everyone in
the mood!
LOR
Members were bustling around all weekend doing
spring-cleaning. Lot holders
in the
Permanent RV and Mobile Home sections were washing
windows, decks, and
trailers getting things ready to either paint or stain,
weeding flower beds and pruning
and
planting spring plants. Staff has also been very busy this
week doing our
spring-cleaning, and the park will look absolutely
fantastic by Easter weekend.
Our
“Erin Go Bra Less Weekend” is going to be such fun, and
you definitely
don’t
want to miss Eddie and Susan’s meet and greet Friday night
at the Pavilion.
Remember, if you want to be the lucky leprechaun in their
surprise drawing Saturday
night
in Club Larry, you have to get your raffle ticket from
them on Friday night.
Eddie
and Susan have graciously taken care of the refreshments
again this year, and
we
can’t thank them enough. Have you gotten your Irish gear
ready? It’s really going to
be
interesting to see how many Fairy Rings are in the park
Saturday and Sunday morning. For those of you who don’t
know, Fairy Rings are what are left after leprechauns
and
fairies party late at night.
We’re
having a Sock Hop Saturday night April 14th,
like no other in Club Larry.
The
“Joe Valentino Show” will be performing for your pleasure
and entertainment.
For
those of you who have never seen Joe and his troupe
perform, you’re in for a
real
treat. These kids put on a fantastic show, and will bring
back some fond memories
of
days gone by.
It is
our pleasure to invite you to a Wine & Cheese tasting,
Friday, April 20th
at
7:00PM at the Pavilion. We’re honored to have Jerry
Bernhardt of the Bernhardt
Winery
in Plantersville, Texas hosting. This is a wonderful
opportunity for you to find
out
about the fast growing wine industry in Texas, and about
your favorite wines.
To
further compliment the weekend, we’re having our first
every “Black & White Ball” in
Club
Larry Saturday night, so get the rhinestones out and
shine.
