Memorial Day Weekend Special Edition

Memorial Day / M*A*S*H Weekend Update:  May 28-31

We're doing something special for our troops on Memorial Weekend.  We'd love for you to bring a card, which we'll forward to our troops around the globe.  You can send it to a specific member of our Armed Forces, or bring one for just anyone - as every one of our proud members deserve a "thank you!"  Cards can be thank-you's, get wells, or whatever.  If you want to add a more detailed note of gratitude, please do so.  We just want our troops to show how much we support their efforts.  Thanks in advance!

Update on the M*A*S*H Olympics:

We'll have at least 2 teams that you can join:

• Team Klinger

• Team Hot Lips

The Olympics will start Saturday, 11am, May 29, and will run 'til it's done (depending on number of teams, amounts of beverages consumed, and audience interruptions / eruptions).  We anticipate there will be lots of fun and laughter throughout the day.

Saturday evening, come prepared to see our own Live Oak Resort USO show, presented for and from our past and present veterans.  The show will start at 5p at our Outdoor Stage. 

The line up includes songs like:

• Proud to Be An American

• Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy

• In the Nave (Village People)

We'll also have look alikes, including:

• Bob Hope

• Radar

Skits, including:

• Luau form Grease

• Sexy Hot Lips Houlihan

And of course, we can't forget saying, "and more!"  But you'll need to come on out to find out just what "more" entails!

Afterward, cool down at the pool, because come Saturday night, you won't want to miss it, as Club Larry presents the Camouflaged Coquette Contest.  Never before has a coquette been so hard to see, but we'll bet you'll be able to make them out!
