Summertime, Summertime, Sum Sum Summertime

Can you believe it?!?!?!  Although the Earth hasn't gotten to the part of its orbit where it's officially "summertime," this past weekend marked the official start of the summertime season at Live Oak Resort!  To keep our hot hot hot weekends going for you, we have lined up a bunch of great times for the entire season.  Heck, great times are lined up all year!  So get ready to head back out to Live Oak Resort, where you can heat it up in Club Larry and cool it off in our incredible pool!  Check out what we have in store for you!

Survivor Weekend:  June 11 - 13

If you're the competitive type and enjoy a challenge, then you don't want to miss the fun-filled Survivor Weekend we have planned for you. If you're more the laid back type, then you'll love June 11-13 too, as you watch your friends compete to be the sole survivor! Each year it's hard to tell who has more fun - the participants or audience! Come have some fun in the sun as you and your friends compete for this year's title of Live Oak Survivor!  Saturday night, see who gets the glory as the Sole Survivor, when Club Larry hosts our "Survive Her" ball!

Sadie Hawkins Weekend:  June 25 - 27

An American folk event, Sadie Hawkins Day is a pseudo-holiday that originated in Al Capp's classic hillbilly comic strip, Li'l Abner (1934 to 1977). The event is still observed in the form of dances at which girls approach (or chase after) boys.  We'll start off the day with our Sexy, Steamy Scavenger Hunt by the pool.  Just where are you going to find what you're looking for?  Hmmm......  Saturday night - guys, get ready, as the women are going to be chasing after you!  Will you comply with their wishes?  We'll see! 

Independence Weekend:  July 2 - 5

Declare your independence! Strip down, sunbathe and see how free life really is when you come to Live Oak Resort! You can simply relax, or participate in the many activities we have planned for Independence Weekend!  Watch the traditional "lighting of the sky" when Larry sets off the fireworks.  Then go back and light up your own fireworks in your cabin, your friends RV or wherever the urge takes you!  Reserve a spot today!

Hedo Wet, Wild 'n Wicked:  July 29 - August 1

With each year of this event, the gang from Hedo II continues to make Hedo II Wet, Wild 'n Wicked the most exciting party on the continent!  We call it "The Craziest Resort Take-Over Party to Ever Invade LOR."   Come see how Hedo II turns Live Oak Resort into Jamaica for a weekend!   If you don't have your reservations yet, just click here or call us at 936-878-2216.  See you there!
