Live Oak Rates
Special Event Rates
The only rate we've added to the "standard"
Live Oak Resort fees is a one-time Special Event Fee of $75/couple or
single. Easy as that! So reserve now, before it's all sold
out!!!

- Advance Reservations for Event must be
made with a credit card.
- Pre-registration charges will only cover the Special Event fee,
which is non-refundable. All other fees will be paid during your
stay at Live Oak Resort. (See cancellation policy at bottom of form.)

One-time Special Event Fee:
|
Event Fee covers access to theme dances and all activities. This fee must accompany pre-registration.
The Special Event Fee is
100% non-refundable.

Special Event Food Service:
|
Food service will be served at the Pavilion; guests are charged to their
bill when meal is ordered:
- Breakfast:$6.99 per person
- Lunch: $8.99 per person
- Dinner: $12.99 per person

Special Event Accommodations Extra:

Cabins, motor coach / RV sites on-premises - 3 night
minimum stay (see
registration form, below).
Hotel rooms
blocked in Navasota at Best Western (936-870-4100) and Super 8
(936-825-7775). All reservations must be made directly with hotel.
Please advise us of your hotel confirmation number for security
purposes.
CANCELLATIONS (for accommodations at Live Oak):
- Guests will be charged 10% of ONE night's fee for their Live Oak
accommodation (cabin/cottage/RV/tent) stay should they cancel by
at least 30 days out.
- Guests will be charged ONE FULL night's fee for their Live Oak
accommodation (cabin/cottage/RV/tent) stay should they cancel
within 30 days.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for (cabins and/or RV Sites).
If you do not cancel within 48-hours you will be charged the full
amount for all days reserved. If the reservation is during a
Special Event, you will also be charged a Special Event fee. |
